He might be out indefinitely with a thigh injury picked up in training last week, but Vallejo is a player for the future. At the very young age of 20, Jesus Vallejo is set to be a long-term solution for Real Madrid at center back.
After starting 22 matches Atletico Madrid drakt 2019 and appearing in three more as a substitute last season with Eintracht Frankfurt in the Bundesliga, the young Spaniard is set for big things in the coming years in the white jersey.

Vallejo is a stout defender who is very aggressive going into his opponent with tackles, and he's not afraid to move up the field a little bit to help either push up on the attack or back up a teammate when needed.
Last season, Vallejo averaged 1.3 tackles, 2.8 interceptions, and 3.7 clearances per match with Frankfurt, and became a reliable starter for the island fotballdrakt tredje German side. The only problem I see for Vallejo is his reoccurring injuries. The center back has missed time on three separate occasions with a couple leg injuries, and a head injury in the last year.
Hopefully, Jesus can become a reliable back up, and a future first teamer when his time comes.
